new-pilates-ring-rtn-019-1024x576Extend your legs  to shoulder width and lift tall out of your low back. Squeeze your butt and inner thighs to hold  the ring in place.




new-pilates-ring-rtn-020-1024x576Inhale, lower your chin to your chest, exhale as you roll back and keep the squeeze on the ring. Inhale and roll back to seated balance position.


* Do not roll past your shoulder blades on to your neck.
