BLAST THE CALORIES SUNDAY


We all want to burn mega calories so I thought I would share with you Part 1 of the routine I did this evening:

In case you need a little motivation,

Warm up 5 mins ( jog in place, jumping jacks etc)
25 Burpees
30 Mountain climbers
30 Squat thrusts into Frog jumps
30 High Knees
15 Ugi Ball  Bounces
30 Bosu Alternating Single leg jumps
12 Jumping Lunges each leg
20 Kettlebell swings
15 Jump squats
15 Burpee push ups
1 minute Speed Skaters
Repeat 3 times
10 minute Jump Rope
Stretch
