Gratitude Fridays

We will always have something to be grateful for, no matter how small it may be.

My lemon juicer! You have no idea how this little gizmo makes it so much easier to squeeze the juice out of a lemon so I can have my lemon water daily.  Ahh the little things.

This week I would like you to  have positive thoughts. Think  positively and with appreciation for all your body has done for you.  I am not stopping there I would like you  to think about all you have accomplished in your life. One positive thought a day.
